Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

RNZAF Battle of Britain ace John Noble Mackenzie downs a Bf109E near Maidstone, 5th October 1940. Mackenzie would be credited with six axis aircraft destroyed, four probables and two damaged during the battle. All while flying with 41 Squadron. He was awarded a DFC in November of 1940. He was later transferred to 488 (NZ) Squadron flying Brewster Buffaloes in the defense of Singapore. Although being involved in several engagements with Japanese aircraft he was not able to make any claims. These would be his last combats of the war and he would rise to the rank of squadron leader when he retired from the air force in 1957.

About Mark Donoghue

Mark Donoghue

Founded in 2014, Hangar 7 Art produces historically accurate military aviation prints, apparel, fabrics, commissioned works and other merchandise by Australian born artist Mark Donoghue. “After being a long time collector and researcher of WWII aviation. And starting with nothing more than a passion for my subject, imagination, and few basic computer skills. I began producing aviation artworks. What has evolved is a fusion of photography and various digital art techniques, to bring to life my minds eye view of 20th century military aviation and aerial combat. I find there is a beauty and majesty on the canvas in which these pioneer aviators endured, and inflicted so much horror.” - Mark Donoghue
